Open M

Open M is InterSystems line of database management systems based around the database scripting language M. The M language--formerly called MUMPS--is an open standard, as documented by ANSI, ISO, and FIPS. The mature server products in the Open M product line have a long and successful history of running the Information Systems of businesses in industries as diverse as healthcare, manufacturing, and financials. Open M is a much treasured "secret weapon" among successful Value Added Resellers (VARs), as well as MIS departments, because of its bullet-proof database, seamless cross-platform portability, rapid application development, and low cost of ownership.
