Dear MSM Customer

First, let me take this opportunity to welcome you to the InterSystems family. I am writing to give you the latest information on MSM product support services.

We now have completed hiring qualified Micronetics employees, which is the first phase of adopting the Micronetics business, and are integrating the MSM product support staff into the InterSystems Worldwide Response Center (WRC) in Cambridge, Massachusetts. (While all technical support is directed through the WRC, some staff may be in your locale.)

Additionally, existing WRC staff are cross-training on MSM and I am focusing on hiring additional staff throughout 1998 to ensure you continue receiving prompt and effective support.
