Dear MSM Customer:
InterSystems has acquired MSM and the other assets of Micronetics, and
we are honored to welcome you as a client. Over the next few weeks, we
will focus on getting to know the Micronetics staff - and giving them
a chance to get to know us. As soon as this is complete, we will reach
out to customers.
During this transition period, we are dedicated to avoiding any disruption
to your business. The Q and A document is designed to answer frequently
asked questions. If you have other questions or if any problems arise,

In case you are not familiar with InterSystems, here are a few facts.
We have been in business for twenty years, have offices in twelve countries
outside of the US, and have over 1.5 million licensed seats in 88 countries.
Last September we launched Caché, an innovative new product with
a unique combination of object, SQL, and multidimensional database capabilities.
Our business has been accelerating since the release of Caché,
with first quarter license growth two-and-one-half times the database
market average, dramatically outpacing the results of Oracle, Sybase and
Informix. Even before the MSM acquisition, we have been on track for substantial
growth over the next year - growth in our core business that is equal
in size to the total revenues of Micronetics. This acquisition helps us
to build the critical mass necessary to compete even more effectively
in the worldwide database market.
